Commercial General Liability
Don’t risk everything you’ve worked so hard for by not being covered if you become liable to another for personal injury or property damage. Liability insurance for business can be written as part of a commercial package policy or by itself.
Inland Marine
Inland Marine can be written on both personal and commercial property and should be placed on valuable property that needs more comprehensive coverage and may be limited by their very nature under other policies. For example your jewelry/furs are usually limited in your home owners policy, also anything you take from home on a regular basis such as children’s musical instruments to school would have limited coverage under items away from premises. These items are at higher risk for loss and in general Inland marine policies are an “all risk” policy that cover’s anything that is not specifically excluded within the policy.
For a business owner especially it is important you have enough coverage to replace the equipment you need to continue to earn a living. Finding out that coverage is limited can be disastrous to your company’s bottom line.
An Inland Marine policy can cover many risks that are not specifically covered elsewhere such as liability to others for motor carriers, bailees, warehouse operators, garage keeper’s and other businesses whose responsibility for the property of other’s is constantly changing. Any risk you want coverage for that is not covered adequately under another policy might be able to be placed on an Inland Marine Policy.
